In most time, there is no customs tax for low value personal imports. We will declare it as a sample and a low value to avoid the tax. But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. we dont accountable any customs fee, Please check it out the customs policy at your own place.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is always our priority. When you received the package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress had been made to your order specifications.
Try on your dress as soon as possible without moving the tags, altering, or washing the dress. We only accept items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags and packages.All returns must be sent within 7days of the shipment being received.
Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
5. Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on JM.Bridals STORE. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
6. Size Errors
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered:
1)All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. one can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress\'s original cost.
2)We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress to us and get the dress modifiedwithin 7 working days. In this case, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs including returning and sending back after modification.
7. Order Cancellation
All dress orders which are cancelled within 72 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. All dress orders cancelled after 72 hours will be eligible for a 25% partial refund. Please understand that we probably have started taloring your dress in 72 hours after the purchase.
